How the Program Works

You’ll move through 4 modules at your own pace. Each module includes:

  • A teaching video to guide you through that week’s theme

  • A workbook with reflection questions and practices for integration

  • Hypnotherapy sessions and audios to support deep subconscious transformation

You also have a Daily 20-Minute Reprogramming Audio in Module Two to listen to consistently. This will help anchor in your new beliefs and expand your capacity to receive.
